We offer free shipping Canada-wide on all orders over $100 before taxes. Unfortunately, international orders and surgical masks do not qualify for free shipping.

We currently ship across Canada and internationally. You can view our shipping rates on the shopping cart page or during checkout. If we do not ship to your country, please contact us to make special arrangements. It will be our pleasure to serve you.

We offer flexible shipping options to best suit your needs. Customers can choose from a variety of trusted carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Purolator.
During checkout, you’ll have the opportunity to select your preferred shipping method based on your location, delivery speed, and budget.
Special Note: While a Canada Post strike is underway, rest assured that all orders will continue to be shipped without delay. We are proactively shipping all orders using alternate carriers to ensure a timely and reliable delivery.

The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your shipping address. The shipping charges are also subject to sales taxes. The final amount of the shipping costs will be shown to you during checkout at the billing and review step.

Delivery times will vary based on your selected carrier during checkout. Standard shipping will take 3-7 business days and express shipping will take 2-3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number to follow your order until it reaches the shipping address. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear online and is not available on all orders.

If you made a purchase, you should have received an order confirmation email within minutes. If you did not receive your order confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder in your email application. The confirmation email may have been mistakenly directed to the wrong mail box. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We'll gladly provide a full refund or exchange on items in their original condition, with original tickets attached, within 30 days from the date of purchase. You must provide the packing slip when returning or exchanging an item. The refund will be issued in the original method of payment. Please note that any shipping costs incurred to return your items are non-refundable.
Policy on Bibs, Masks, Bras, Socks and Shoes
All bibs, face masks, bras, socks and shoes are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.

To be eligible for a refund, the items must not have been worn, washed or altered. Please ensure the original tags are still attached. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that any shipping costs incurred to return your items are non-refundable.
Before returning your items, you must obtain an Authorization Number. You can request one by sending us an email at info@ovidis.com or by contacting our customer service helpline during our business hours.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once you have obtained your authorization number, ship the items you wish to return, along with your packing slip and authorization number, to the following address:

Once your package is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow some time for processing.
