Purchased these sleepwears for Dad who is in Longterm Care and a victim of Alzheimer’s. The PSWs love it and says that it makes it easier for Dad to get his care overnight. I appreciate Ovidis making these functional garments for seniors which are perfectly fit for purpose.

Great company to deal with. Here are some tips on how you can improve your service.

We followed the sizing chart and ordered one size larger. Unfortunately it was still too small. I contacted Ovidis and they sent out the replacement even before I even sent the original order back. (Great Service). Upon the suggestion by staff, we ordered 2 sizes larger on top of the larger one that we received.
My suggestion is to adjust the sizing chart by 2-3 sizes larger, as it does not reflect the fact that dementia patients wear diapers, and the staff needs easy access. Larger is always preferable. Also since your sizing is incorrect, i feel that the company should’ve picked up the return charge as it cost me an additional expense.

Vous devriez avoir des "motifs jeunes" sur le tisssus de vos pyjamas. Ma fille de 20 ans ( Syndrome genetique) n'est pas une personne agee qui habite un CHLSD.

We have used these jumpers for several residents who are very fidgety and tend to disrobe. They are very nice quality and they do not look like medical type clothing.
