How to place an order?

Browse items in our collections. Once you find an item you like, you must select the colour, size and quantity you want. After you make your choices, add the items to your shopping basket. Once you've finished shopping, click the shopping basket icon located at the top right corner of the page.

How can I save the taxes on my purchases?

As a Canadian resident, you can be exempt from paying the sales tax when buying adaptive clothing if you have a prescription from your doctor. In order to benefit from this exemption, follow the steps described in our Sales Tax Exemption page.

What sales tax will I be charged on my order?

You will be charged a sales tax based on your shipping address. The shipping charges are also subject to sales taxes. The final amount of the sales tax will be shown to you during checkout at the billing and review step.

However, international orders are tax-free! We will not charge taxes on orders being shipped outside Canada.

What currency will I be charged in?

We offer prices in US and Canadian dollars. However, all orders will be billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Are prices not showing in the right currency? Use the currency switcher at the top of the screen to switch currencies.

What are the available payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Please note, for PayPal you will be redirected to their login page so you can input your information. Once that is complete you will be brought back to our checkout page.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We take the security of your online shopping very seriously. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to create a secure environment for internet transactions. SSL technology encrypts data (such as the card number and expiry date) and only allows Ovidis to decode the information.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase.

Why was my credit card declined?

A common reason for a credit card being declined is because your billing address does not match the information your financial institution has on file. If your order still cannot be processed then we advise you to change your payment method. If the problem persists please call your financial institution.
